At it's core, I believe FOMO is about a scarcity mindset that causes us to feel like something in our life is missing, and is rooted in comparison.
FOMO also causes us to look outside ourselves for happiness and validation, which isn't inherently bad, but can lead us to feeling unfulfilled.
Yet, there's ways to shift out a FOMO/scarcity mindset into one of abundance where the point we're at today versus where we want to be doesn't seem so far away.
And that we have it within ourselves to totally get out of FOMO!
